You can return most new and unopened items  within 3days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment.
All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. Refused, unclaimed,
undeliverable orders returned due to customer’s mistake are subject to 15% restocking fee

in addition to all freight charges.
If the return is result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.

SALE items are final and there is no return.

When you decide to return an item, you must call our office.

When you call, you need to have followings:

 -   Order #

 -     Style # & Description

 -      Reason for Return. (Be specific)

After receiving the returned goods, our sales department will contact you to know whether you want a full refund or store credit. All store credits are redeemable with your next purchase.
